Shipping is free, everywhere we sell. The price on each product page already includes freight, the battery and the charger — nothing is added at checkout and nothing is invoiced afterwards.

How an order moves
- You pay the full amount at checkout. There is no deposit and no balance to settle on delivery.
- We confirm the order, pick the unit from the nearest warehouse and book the delivery.
- The trike reaches your door in 3–7 days, crated and ready to assemble.
Payment
Every order is paid in full at checkout. We accept USDT (TRC-20), USDC and bank transfer; card and local methods appear at checkout where available.
When you pay with USDT, the checkout shows the address and the exact amount. Send it within 20 minutes and the order is marked paid automatically once the transfer confirms on-chain. Orders paid by bank transfer are released as soon as the funds land.
What arrives with the trike
- The trike itself, crated for transport.
- Battery and charger, matched to the voltage of the model you ordered.
- A spare-parts kit: controller, brake pads, throttle and lamps.
- Wiring diagram and assembly notes.
Warranty and spare parts
Every trike carries a 12-month warranty covering the motor, controller and battery. The spare-parts kit ships with the unit rather than weeks later, so a worn pad or a failed controller never parks the vehicle. Individual parts can be ordered at any time from the parts category.
Certification
EEC and CE versions are available for road use in the EU, and EPA-ready builds are offered for the US market. Where a model carries a certification, the badge on its product page says which one.

Do I pay extra for shipping?
No. Shipping is free worldwide, and the price on the product page is the price you pay. Freight, battery and charger are already included.
How long does delivery take?
3–7 days. Once your order is confirmed it ships from the depot nearest to you, so the vehicle is never in transit longer than the last leg.
Do I have to pay a deposit first?
No. Orders are paid in full at checkout — there is no deposit and no second payment on delivery.
Can I pay with USDT or USDC?
Yes. Choose the coin at checkout, send the exact amount to the address shown, and the order is marked paid automatically when the transfer confirms on-chain. Bank transfer is also accepted.
Is the battery included?
Yes — every model ships with its battery and charger. The voltage (60 V or 72 V) is listed on the product page and matched to the version you order.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. A parts kit matched to the models in your order ships with the unit, and individual components — controllers, brake pads, throttles, lamps — can be ordered separately.
What if something arrives damaged?
Photograph the crate and the damage before signing for the delivery, then send the photos with your order number. We ship replacement parts from the nearest depot, or replace the unit where the damage makes repair impractical.
Are the trikes road legal?
EEC and CE certified versions are available for EU roads, and EPA-ready builds for the US. Check the badge on the product page of the model you are considering, or tell us your country at checkout and we will confirm the right version.
